Discover a qualifying thinner all-metal protective case already mass-produced on the market.
Read the rules
The first inventor or discoverer to submit complete valid evidence and satisfy all conditions receives one USD 10,000 reward.
No purchase required. Maximum wall thickness must be below the latest standard published when the submission is made. Version 1 threshold: 0.5 mm. Inches are approximate; millimeters govern.
Inventors: demonstrate mass-production capability across at least 6 sizes and capacity exceeding 3,000 units in total.
Discoverers: demonstrate actual market mass production across at least 6 sizes and total production exceeding 3,000 units.
The product must be an original design without infringement of third-party intellectual property. Discoverers must identify the source and rights holder and must not claim another person's design as their own.
The case must allow normal Apple Watch use without wear to the watch body.
Priority is determined by the receipt time of complete valid documentation at the designated email address. Verification procedures and results will be public; personal information and confidential material require consent for disclosure.
The reward is provided by inventor Guangxiang Zhuang. IRONMAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED organizes the activity. Updated standards will be published on this website and will not change the standard applicable to earlier submissions.
